Pros

- You work on interesting problems on a day-to-day basis. - Engineers are very intelligent and are always willing to help.

Cons

- There is little to no mentorship available for junior engineers. - Huge emphasis on pushing code/features and little emphasis on creating durable software. - No clear path to growth within the company. It seems like promotion is given to those who are close with upper management.

Pros

Nice people, great if you have no family.

Cons

Will terminate with no notice or regard. Cannot get COBRA after layoff, plays paperwork games and blames other parties for their shortcomings.

Pros

- Overall, the company has a good environment and offers some excellent opportunities, particularly within the Salesforce team. - The team itself is skilled and capable, with a lot of potential to achieve great results.

Cons

- The reporting manager and director in the Salesforce team lack fundamental people management skills and basic IT principles. - They demotivate the team at every turn, failing to manage teamwork effectively. - There is no proper work scoping, resource management, capacity management, or work culture in place. - Deadline management is non-existent, with constant demands for immediate delivery and no proper release management. - They lack proper communication skills, often making the team nervous with their behavior and unrealistic expectations. - They frequently ignore team suggestions and recommendations, creating a stifling work environment. - There was an incidents where a colleagues were harshly scolded by the engineering manager, reflecting a general tendency to treat team members poorly.
