Pros

Work from home, 401k, PTO, health benefits

Cons

This place has turned into dirt since we gained the new CEO and other upper level management. They only care about numbers to the point where they laid off majority of the employees who made the company of what they are today. They don’t listen to feedback, lack of trust between the agents and hire ups because all they care about is adding as much subscriptions to clients and making it to where they order everything online without actually talking to a live person. They are money hungry and untrustworthy. Don’t waste your time applying here because they will be moving to AI tech to take calls and confide to hire off shore because it’s “cheaper”. The community and culture died after covid.

Pros

remote work and short interview process

Cons

The Sales department is a complete clown show and the upper management is pathetically weak and two-faced. They are constantly making changes that are unfriendly to employees and customers. The goals keep rising despite people struggling to meet them, and at the same time, the performance management plans get much more strict. It makes you feel like you are two months away from termination at any time even if you are doing well compared to your peers. The communication is atrocious, three different members of leadership will give you three different answers. Time and again, they prove that they do not care about the wellbeing and happiness of their employees. They will promise something and then take it away in less than a week. It feels like the company is ran like a circus where anything goes and you have no idea what crazy change might come next. The shifts are some of the worst you can get outside of the retail or food service industries. It is obvious that upper management doesn't care at all about the morale of the sales reps. We were kept in the dark for months when it felt like we were on a sinking ship. The work/life balance in this company is in the gutter and they clearly don't care that you have a life outside work.
