Pros

Work from home and will provide equipment if needed.

Cons

This company expects EVERY sales associate to hit a 90% sales ratio every single month. Regardless if the appoinments we are expect to speak with answer their phone or not. They will also CLAWBACK your commissions, which means if you make a sale, and the customer cancels within 60 days EVEN IF IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SALESPERSON LZ will take back your commissions, and not give you any recourse to follow up. You could hit 90% but if you have cancelled sales, they take it out of your CURRENT sales numbers. Which drop you below 90%, they will put you on a performance plan, which if within 3 months, you don't hit 90% just 1 of those 3 months you are terminated. Even if you hit 89%, they will fire you.
