Pros

Honestly, maybe the work hours thats it

Cons

The regional for the Dallas area is lazy and throws her employees under the bus to save herself... she has the problem of too little too late and then blames her managers when they have brought these concerns up for months. The owner is perfectly okay with this and forget about a proper HR department they have no one to report this behavior.

Pros

General property management pros, residents are wonderful and 2 of the people at corporate are great. Most however are not. Room for growth if you rub the right elbows.

Cons

Corporate office is too involved. A lot of micro management. I’ve never known such catty business practices, unprofessionalism, such a high turn over in every aspect, SUCH BLATANT RACISM AND SEXISM. If you tell your supervisor anything personal the entire management company down to the leasing agents at every property will know your business. EVEN VENDORS. I would never recommend working for this company even if you’re desperate.

Pros

Two people in the Corporate office were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The owner doesn't know how to run a management company. She isn't for the property owner but for herself only. She works with a vendor that can't read a property if his life depended on it. In a week they lost a Manager, Assistant and a Regional.
