Pros

High pay but it comes at a price.

Cons

You must lie to clients, owners, middle management falsely VOE and rental verifications to lease apartments. Upper management makes up reports. If you call it out, you get fired. You literally have to leave your core values at the door.

Screamed at all the time, owners right hand cronie (LH) stabs you in the back, talks crap about you, throws you under the bus because her portfolio is horrible, no ethics or morals, the day you start they already are searching for the next replacement, they lie, they steal from the properties owners, they make you lie to them too. No job stability or security, always feel like your walking on egg shells, God forbid if you get sick, don't call in sick or go to the doctor as they will make you pay dearly by lying about your performance and undermining you with your employees.

Cons

For the Krum location in particular, a 180 unit property, it was horribly understaffed.
