Screamed at all the time, owners right hand cronie (LH) stabs you in the back, talks crap about you, throws you under the bus because her portfolio is horrible, no ethics or morals, the day you start they already are searching for the next replacement, they lie, they steal from the properties owners, they make you lie to them too. No job stability or security, always feel like your walking on egg shells, God forbid if you get sick, don't call in sick or go to the doctor as they will make you pay dearly by lying about your performance and undermining you with your employees.
