Pros

The bonus program is very good, but does not apply to 401K 401K matching is the best. The culture or work-life balance.

Cons

Salary is OK to get in the door NO annual increases. year after year. You never catch up.

Thank you for your service to Legrand. We're glad you enjoyed the 401K matching program and the work life balance. Please note that due to IRS regulations the bonus can not be considered part of an employee’s compensation as is not tied to performance and therefore not eligible for 401k deferrals. In terms of annual increases, over 75% of our population received a merit increase last year. We are sorry that you did not enjoy this benefit, it is linked to performance. Thank you for your review. Yes, we set and achieve high growth targets - both organically and through acquisition. It's a relatively flat organization and Product Management is typically a very strong influencing force as it is at the nexus of almost every function - especially at the Director level.
