flexible start time for the work day, if other co-workers approve, ok life insurance policy, friendly coworkers , good 401k match program, the vacation time is better than most companies

Cons

limited opportunities, management and HR that doesn't worry about your issues, compensation well below average, hard work is rewarded by more work load, company profits come before all else hence you are expendable depending on revenue.

A fairly comfortable culture, where people are treated well and put in positions to do well.

Cons

Some direction and decision making by upper management is questionable at times. Also, for those in field sales positions, there seem to be very few career growth opportunities. Also, many of our business divisions don't work well together, and our software systems don't communicate well.

Cons

Excessive overtime. Overflowing with management but not enough floor staff to meet invoicing levels in receiving and shipping. Mismanagement led to plant closure.
