Weekly pipeline reviews are standard, but they often feel more like exercises in upward reporting than meaningful support. A substantial amount of time is also dedicated to maintaining CRM data and navigating internal processes, which can be cumbersome. Work-life balance is a concern. You don't see many sales employees with actual work life balance, which is concerning. Additionally, things shift quickly, so the position you accept may become something else.
