Pros
No work at weekends and bank holidays. People in the office are very kind.
Cons
- No chance for development, even company says they offer that (don't believe it) - The workload is unmanagable. When someone leaves the company, they just split his/her job between others and they will take months and months to find replacement. - No support from management. - Boring office environment. No any kind of team events, competitions, lunches, freebies or anything what would keep the team united. - You cannot buy or sell holidays. - You cannot take holiday at the same day with other colleagues in the team because the team is too small and they will not hire any extra - “First come, first served”. - The summer is too busy and no support provided. - The company always promotes that you need to "Speak Up" if you see something is not right but as soon as you'll Speak Up, they will find the way to get rid of you.
