1) Company relocation. moving to a uptown area, which is very inconvenient. 2) Salary & Benefit is so competitive

This company has gone through several changes in a demanding business and management has done a great job engaging employees and managing transitions. Approach to the market is very reactive and fast moving. Great technologies and full opportunity to get out what you put in. Sales/product support staff are awesome. I've worked many years in other companies in the industry, glad I'm here.

Cons

You need to be comfortable with a dynamic environment and accepting of change. Lots of moving pieces and processes but all of this can be a plus if you thrive on this type of environment.
