      creativity encouraged, great colleagues, ample opportunity to stretch and grow

      Cons

      too many CEOs, too much change - distracting for the entire workforce. still finding it difficult to run within the public venue. lost its competitive edge when attracting talent - is seen internally and known externally as a take only management team.

      Pros

      Very little to add on pros, as I had 0 work-life balance (required to travel 100% of the time) and was not exposed to any of the company culture outside of my division. I believe other divisions may have better experiences.

      Cons

      Divisions are incredibly segmented and have 0 interaction with one another. Policies do not seem to be uniformly enforced. Provides 0 training, instead you must learn on your feet.

      Pros

      Leidos Health has some of the best consultants in the country and middle management that truly cares about them and their success.

      Cons

      SAIC (now Leidos) merged Vitalize Consulting Solutions and maxIT Healthcare Feb 2013 and within 6 months started laying off staff. Layoffs and resignations continue and the company is half in size. Lack of commercial health knowledge from the corporate side has allowed poor decisions to be made. The various departments operate in silos with much finger pointing and no leadership. Communication is limited at best creating an air of uncertainty and driving people away.
