      Pros

      I've had a good experience which comes down to immediate supervisor(s). They take care of their people. Benefits and work/life flexibility and balance are good. I am fully remote so that balance is easier to attain. They have a cloud upskilling program which paid for my training and obtaining of an AWS asso. cert.

      Cons

      C-suite champions quarterly earnings results, which have trended upward during my time at the company, but then fail to provide annual pay increase(s) because of budget. Capitalism.
