      Pros

      Friendly environment. If you like the buddy system you will do fine. No room for growth to higher levels. Don't value education.

      Cons

      Manager get all the good perks. Reviews are basic. Pay is so so so.

      Pros

      Good salary, very important work in national security sector. Experienced professionals. Decent medical/dental benefits and 401k plan. Online connection to other employees a great place to connect. Good company.

      Cons

      This was a job I took upon retirement of 33 years from the government .. Although I expected things to be the same, they were entirely different as a contractor than a civilian service employee. Contractors were constantly treated differently than military and civilian employees and when I had one issue with the govt employees, the company didn't ask me for my take or did not support me at all. Being in a government space the contractors always seemed to have to give into the govt employees.
