      Pros

      Work weeks below 60 hours are common at Leidos. That is unusual in the consulting space.

      Cons

      Constantly changing corporate structure, which has demoralized and exhausted employees. Geographically fractured teams worse than most other firms, due to purchase of multiple firms, followed by corporate restructuring.

      Pros

      Interesting work. Since Roger Krone took over as CEO there seems to be a greater effort to gather employee feedback on benefits and talent development and there have been new initiatives started in those areas.

      Cons

      career paths/opportunities seem to be concentrated in program management mainly, which does not align with my career goals (corporate financial management) . However, If you are technical and/or looking for a project management career path this would be a Pro I assume

      Low Pay, No Bonuses, Little training

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice. They are flexible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Low pay. No bonuses. Only exposed to small parts of projects which makes you feel like a factory worker. All they care about is how billable you are. Recent grads should stay away as you won't get the experience you need to progress in your career.
