Pros
Great people with the will and skill to be successful , Compensation is very good . Benefits have been reduced since the SAIC days . However this seems to be a tend in the industry.
Cons
To many layers to get anything accomplished . A lot of corporate indirect positions that don't seem to add value , just suck up a lot of overhead. No seems to be the answer instead of "how do we get to yes" Company has not differentiated itself from the old SAIC except by name . Leidos needs to stick what they do best and that's National Security , ISR and SETA . Get out of the commercial industry
