      Pros

      Typical beltway butts in seat company. Diverse interest. Something for every type just not enough of it. Well organized with predictable big business practices

      Cons

      As with most governments contractors loyalties are as deep as their ability to bill for your services. SAIC may have gotten the soul in the divorce. I am disappointed in how 3, 5 and 7 year employees are treated when the work is gone.

      Still some management and support staff left that cares about the consultants and are trying to turn things around

      Cons

      Company culture is nonexistent now No support for consultants Poor Communication Poor understanding of the market by Execs at Leidos Corporate Poor understanding of the things that made consultants happy to work at both VCS and maxIT Little support for sales and support staff, expected to work as hard as possible with no bonus capabilities and watch their colleagues get downsized, then expected to take on their work as well
