      Garbage people, garbage culture

      They barely hire any Pro’s, its about saving as much in the company bank as possible

      - Thick with boomer culture - Protected an employee i reported for blatant plagiarism, who is now promoted to a manager - You must be a women to become a manager or be promoted up that chain - I was laid off a week before a communicated loan, and thus denied it… after 7 years of work with multiple promotions and 5 star (highest) reviews - I started this company at 20% underpaid versus the average for my location and position, i ended at 30% underpaid vs the average for my location and position/experience, again after mostly 5 star reviews and multiple promotions. They try to pay the absolute minimum possible and guilt people into working for underpay - DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. IT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT WORKERS. IT WILL REPAY YOUR HARD WORK BY SPITTING IN YOUR FACE AND KICKING YOU TO THE CURB, WHILEq UNDERPAYING YOU AND GASLIGHTING YOU TO THINK ITS NORMAL Seriously, i’m just trying to warn you folks,.. if you have talent, take it literally anywhere else. This company is garbage and will never pay you what you deserve nor repay your loyalty in ang way, youre just a number to them
