      Pros

      Good company, great leadership with Roger Krone, Michael Leiter and Lou Von Thaer. Leidos has excellent leadership development and career development programs. Excellent company vision overall at all levels. I’ve enjoyed working with the professionals in my department and across all functional areas every day.

      Cons

      The work schedule can at times be demanding.

      Pros

      The recruiting process was straight forward, I was not given the run-around by anybody on the formerly Max-IT staff. When the client is satisfied, I feel that there is plenty of positive feedback given to the consultant. The administrative staff is easy to reach, any issues have been resolved quickly and without headache. Reimbursement for expenses/travel have been fair and prompt.

      Cons

      Full time remote engagements have become rare, all of the current new opportunities require full time travel which may not work for everyone. I do not know how many people are actively seeking a new contract, but the opportunities currently available are mainly east coast or NW.

      Pros

      Hard to think of any. My Compensation was good at the time, but was told I would have to take a pay cut to even be considered for a new project. Benefits were good, but those are being cut.

      Cons

      Where to begin? Lack of communication, poor management, staff augmentation model, scapegoating, management mis-direction. I could go on and on with the cons. The experienced sales staff quit or were fired and now account execs can not sell anything!!! This leaves the consultants high and dry.
