Pros
Big-company vibes. The tech support is good and once you get your sea legs on their many and fluid systems and processes, they pretty much let you work on your own. Perhaps because they know that when they hired you, you were already expert-level.
Cons
They don't make good on their word. Onboarding email says I was being hired on a full-time basis, but after three months, my hours were cut in half along with some part-timers (in fairness, there was the pandemic), and freelancers' hours were cut some more a year later. I guess they were burning their funds faster than they had anticipated. Also, they can dump you like a hot potato with barely three days' notice.
