      Leidos is a good company with good people but they are operating in a tight market which causes some morale issues.

      Pros

      The work/life balance is great. While things have been a little rough since the company split from SAIC I can see the exciting potential that this company possesses.

      Cons

      As I mentioned in the Pros, the company recently split from SAIC, so they are currently still trying to get completely on track. That is not necessarily a con, just growing pains.

      Pay, opportunities for free education.

      Cons

      Dwindling benefits. Senior management makes strategic and financial decisions that make them seem out of touch with the Market of a subsidiary they purchased.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, great learning opportunities, and was really spirited into making people happy to work there, like "spirit days" back in high school, but for the company.

      Cons

      I wasn't there long enough to really learn any cons, however, I need a twenty word minimum to continue so, there you go.
