      Pros

      Time flex is excellent with most managers, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Health benefits are terrible. Very little vacation/sick leave. Difficult to move within the company.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to put thought into their decisions prior to making them. This has led to the loss of many great employees. The atmosphere at the office is miserable and the compensation is awful. The job was good on my resume, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

      Pros

      When you are on contract everything runs smoothly and the managers are extremely helpful, but as the contract draws closer to ending they seem to withdraw.

      Cons

      Training is non-existent. 30 days from end of contract, even if there is an option year, you WILL receive a Pink Slip and immediately laid off. Benefits depend on the contract, some fringe benefits pkgs force you to make a choice between Health Care or 401K so better check with HR before accepting job...
