      flexibility health and other benefit options corporate perks no weekends new management is more supportive

      Cons

      no sick pay low pay compensation training yourself we are often the forgotten since we are not within the corporate structure, just names and numbers

      Good Company but Contract Work has Drawbacks

      Pros

      The company itself is a good company and most of the benefits are great.

      Cons

      In particular, if you are a contractor who is completely overseen by another company, having Leidos management and client oversight management creates a lot of bureaucracy. Additionally, while most of the benefits are good, the PTO/sick time is non-existent! Finally, if the contract you are a part of is regularly re-negotiated, you may, often have un-paid work stoppages.
