      Company looked good on the outside, but I found out otherwise after working there a while.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck every 2 weeks.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are horrible. If you lose coverage between contracts you are vulnerable to be laid off because HR does very little to help you get on another contract. Even if you are fully qualified for a contract position there is no guarantee you will get it unless someone in Upper Management "likes you". Office culture is very back stabbing; many people only look out for themselves.

      Pros

      There are some many contradictions on the company’s culture. The changes on direction from management are the worst; most employees are concerned on how to please their managers instead of focusing on what is the right thing to do.

      Cons

      There are some many challenges but the one that is the most aggregious is the poor leadership on entry level and mid level management. I only hope that senior leadership finds out what goes on at the ground level sooner than later.

      able to maintain good work life balance

      Cons

      health care benefits are very expensive, raises are low and capped, you are just a number, no career path for staff that is non technical.
