Pay is competitive and they offer parental leave even for men.

Cons

Bonuses are rare and normally small. Work is more challenging than the pay reflects. No sick time so you have to use vacation time if you get sick.

This is a small project and has a group of authoritarians on it. The result is I have withdrawn and just do my work. This could happen anywhere. Your happiness, depends on the project team you work with. A big CON is when you apply for another position, you are competing against the world because they do not publish the jobs publicly.
