      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, pay & benefits competitive with the market area, opportunity to work with many great professionals across functional domains.

      Cons

      Created as a result of a split with SAIC, the company (or elements of) has constantly been trying to define itself since. A seemingly perpetual state of reorganization at senior levels leaves line management sometimes wondering which business unit they fall within.

      Good benefits. Flexible and open to remote work depending upon your supervisor.

      Cons

      Leadership is not in sync and management is biased. Worst company I've ever worked for. Employees "not in the group" are expendable. Favoritism environment, Don't kill yourself to do more than average; you won't earn any brownie points. People who know what they are doing are let go during reorgs and "yes sir" people w/o skills are kept.

      They actually care that you are a person. A nice change from LM. It's a very transparent company and they are serious about growing the company and the employee.
