      If you ever need help your coworkers will help and it was remote

      Cons

      The training was horrendous, 3 day training for well over 20+ steps to do 1 work order. I wouldn’t recommend unless you already know what you’re doing. Most companies will give you a month to learn this but not Leidos. Also the pay isn’t that good either, this is a stepping stone company, learn what you can in a year then leave and take that experience to get higher and better pay

      Pay is decent for the area

      Cons

      Crazy policies - if you fail to do your timecard daily - even if you are on vacation or SICK that is an HR offense that can get you fired. Not even joking. Nothing really more to say about a company with absurd policies like that.

      Pros

      On average, employees telework two days and work onsite three days per week, creating a perfect balance of remote and in-person work opportunities. Overall, the company offers great benefits and good management and a good Work / Life Balance

      Cons

      You may encounter micromanagement in government positions that you work for. Leidos managers over all excel technically but struggle with interpersonal skills.
