Pros

- Great co-workers - Cool projects to work on - Friendly environment - Good corporate structure and principles - Lots of funding (job security) - Decent benefits

Cons

- Not all employees work at Leidos owned facilities (meaning poor working environments for some.) - Benefits are "industry standard", so nothing is above or beyond the basics - Lots of labor contracts and not a ton of Leidos projects. - Focused a lot on government/DoD clients

Company is stable after Lockheed merger, growing interesting things to work on

Cons

Cutting costs/benefits. No opportunities for philanthropy, no professional development program, no learning opportunities (conferences, classes, etc)
