Pros

Good interesting projects to work on and working and living in La Jolla is a good pro. My manager and team was really helpful and great people to work with. Good work schedule

Cons

Sometimes it is necessary to work in small confined spaces with no windows. Also the work culture doesn't make you feel too welcomed. I wished there were more people my age group. There are a lot of older folk.
