      Pros

      Residential Deputy Program Manager is very sharp.

      Cons

      Low pay, less than average PTO. Residential Deputy Program Manager is very sharp. Difficult to assimilate with other staff, some of which are extremely uppity and cliquish.

      - "Leidos" name not completely known since it was established in 2013 - Collaborative work environment - Smart people

      Cons

      - Long stretches of very long days at times due to under-staffing or simply not having enough talented people - Repetitive work - High spotlight on being billable (understandable) but management doesn't always ensure that enough work is coming in - Optimally, the engineers would have knowledge of several clients but typically they're pigeon-holed on just one account
