      Pros

      Most of the company is very friendly.

      Cons

      Pay is low for amount of work required, management is flat out rude. It is very apparent they couldn’t care less about any manufacturing staff hence a very high turn over. No real growth opportunities to speak of, high stress environment in manufacturing department.

      Pros

      Managment is amazing!! So are all the coworkers!! The QC Team are a great group of people to work with. Even with the other departments of the Pharmacy.

      Cons

      Each department still needs to work on communication. Sometimes departments don't let the other know about batches. Or just other small things in general that can be prevented.
