      Pros

      Friendly employees, allowed to take lunch whenever you want rather than scheduled. Not usually very busy, 10 days PTO per year.

      Cons

      Pay is not good and seems to have not been adjusted for inflation & COL in quite some time. Management could be better, not a whole lot of organization and operationally this place is a mess. More could be done to show lower level employees their efforts are appreciated and noticed.
