Pros

They don’t micromanage. They give you a task, and expect you to complete it. But, they are there to assist and guide you along the way. They are flexible with scheduling.

Cons

Sometimes you be given a wide range of tasks, which isn’t bad. But the whole, knack of all trades, master of none deal.
