CEO seems to care but is not as active anymore on what really happens in the company

Cons

Micromanagement. Management has their clicks, if you’re not part of it or all friendly friendly with them you will be overlooked. Not good benefits. You will get burnt out

Pros

The President really cares about the team members and is very genuine. I love the team I work with and can collaborate with other departments to work towards the same goal. Even as the company grows, they still do their best to foster a family relationship.

Cons

Leadership does recognize areas that need improvement and is actively working towards betterment of the company for all team members.
