Pros

They pay new hires well. Keep up with the industry.

Cons

This is a sales job. You sell products on top of high interest loans to people who need neither. This is a collections job. You will see people who have pain interest and fees on a loan for five years without paying anything toward the loan. You will never have the end of the month free again. You will work until 9pm the last several days of a month. You will go back to work before December 31st and and you will call people for payment until 9pm.

Pros

The company seems to truly care about their employees. They have overall good benefits. Affordable health insurance, every federal holiday off, higher than average pay for the industry.

Cons

The culture originated from corporate doesn't always make it down to the branch level. The amount of pressure to meet goals will cause management to overlook some of the corporate philosophies in order to meet those goals. Many more late nights and Saturdays than what was disclosed in the interview process.

Pros

Nice bonuses and nice work from home schedules. Also the food is good when the company buys for the staff.

Cons

Management doesn’t handle their own change well. They have incompetent managers that they quickly threw in place and some were just given a position (not earned). Some managers donot know what their team does and cannot assist. Some of the managers can’t teach their staff or donot come to work on a regular basis to interact with the team.
