      Benefits are very good for the work

      Cons

      Management will tell you about quick advancement and pay but once hired it's completely different. The higher ups constantly belittle you, will text you late at night when you are with your family and then discipline you when you do not respond. I spoke to my senior manager about this and he did nothing because he said she got the numbers. The hours are long which isn't bad but when you are forced to be there while the management is able to work from home.
