      Pros

      Compensation was good, healthcare was good, thats about it.. if there is walking talking red flag company, this is it.

      Cons

      No career growth, no leadership, the most political place I have worked at in 15 years. No one gets promoted, there hasnt been a leader in technology in over 7 years. The leaders come, get their stock and leave. almost laughable. No strategy and the tech leaders have 0 vision, goals, or ambition. I am pretty sure everyone in tech is looking for another job.
