      Run away from the IT department

      Some people are nice, you can make money easily

      Cons

      CIO is a bully. Erratic, does not know what she is doing. Super controlling and aggressive personality. No leadership skills. IT organization is a mess, everyone is looking for a new job. Terrible environment.

      Pros

      Office was close to home. You'll get a laugh watching the sales manager come in hung over after a night of partying.

      Cons

      Cattiness in office staff, particular individuals would gang up if you were smarter than them and try to mis-train you out of fear for losing their jobs. No sense of structure nor empowering knowledge by upper management. When told of issues they were more concerned with threats of going to corporate and only when threatened was anything done about the employee bullying abuse. Too concerned with numbers and $$$ all the while building a poor product...their own employees won't buy houses from them and joke about it!! New DP was hired because Jacksonville was worst performing division in US. Expect a lot of overtime - you'll be seeing a whole lot less of your friends and family.

      Good pay and benefits. Certain departments are definitely better than others.

      Very low morale, high tension and high negativity within the office.
