      Family atmosphere, lots of room to grow, multifaceted company with many different areas to learn. Decent salaries, low turnover.

      Cons

      Some departments are understaffed, could be paid more.

      Company culture is aimed at keeping associates enthusiastic about their jobs and their roll in the success of the company.

      Cons

      Some corporate managers have a bean counter mentality and do not seem to understand the day to day workings of individual departments.

      Pros

      Lennar trully values the intangible knowledge, skills, and experience gained from military service. Great opportunity for former military or hard-working professionals who want to the potential to reap what they sow!

      Cons

      Constant change from Corporate. The mixed messages and the constant changes in the compensation plans caused strategy shifts all the way to the lowest common denominator (field reps). I believe that has been addressed and mitigated.
