      All of the post closing team at PCU was extremely supportive and really created a great work environment. The assistant manager was amazing.

      Not room for much advancement, no overtime offered, upper management is knowledgeable but expect flexiblity in multiple diverse roles without significant pay increase,

      Benefits were good and very affordable.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Manager actively gossips about employees with other employees. Gives group punishment instead of addressing the person privately and directly. Frequently and rudely yells at people from her office instead of walking over to them. Dishonest in interview about mandatory Saturday shifts, worded it like “would you be willing to work overtime at month end?” Never stated that overtime would occur on Saturday.
