Pros
1. A global company, you have chance to work with people from different continents. Increased your experience dramatically. Also have chance to travel abroad. 2. People are very open and general manager is easy to reach. 3. Working environment is great.
Cons
1. Sometimes, the communication is the problem, first, if you set up a meeting, you have to consider the time difference, so late night meeting is often. Second, everybody has accent, so you have to extremely concentrate to the meeting to understand each other. 2. too many meetings, not very efficient.
