-You get the opportunity to get your series 7 and 66. -Meet a lot of successful people -Get a feel for the financial industry

Cons

-Have to pay for your own licenses. -Compensation isn't clear. -Demanding hours with no guaranteed pay -Listed as an independent contractor, but work employee hours with no employee benefits

Get you set up with equipment quickly.

Cons

Aggressively recruit with 2x sign on bonus that you won’t get. Advertise that you’re independent but if you don’t do it their way it’s the highway. Management will dump any of its salesman without actual cause. Just another insurance firm with people don’t care about you, save yourselves the time!

Some Staff is decent, the others take their lead from management.

Cons

Management promises to develop and promote but what they really do is promote their own friends only. Management is demeaning and derogatory. Management preaches their guiding principles but they never follow them. " Do as i say not as i do" is their management style.
