Nice place to work

Pros

Great fast-paced environment with very smart people. Small enough organization to wear many hats, but large enough to have big company resources. Great opportunities for learning and advancement. I always feel that I have a voice and my feedback is taken seriously. I always feel appreciated by upper management, not just my direct manager. Knowing that someone appreciates how hard I work is very rewarding.

Cons

Sales environments can be tough and everything moves fast. If you're not used to the pace it can feel overwhelming at first. It's a growing organization, which means it has growing pains to work though like tweaking best practices and processes, making sure staffing ratios are appropriate and setting realistic expectations and timelines with the sales team.

Wealth management. What wealth management?

Pros

Great Wall Street/Private equity clients with terrific potential to be brought onto the wealth management platform.

Cons

The problem? Wealth management platform doesn't exist. To be sure they have something they call wealth management but folks in charge do not have true wealth management background; they know what the know. However, they are not smart enough to follow Steve Jobs' advice: “it doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.” The opposite is true. Lenox hires smart and experienced professionals only to tell them what to do; yet, they expect different results. As Albert Einstein, famously said that doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results is a definition of insanity.

Pros

No pros, people who work here are like monsters, no growth, low pay.

Cons

Absolutely no vision, no ethics, and not a good place to work. Everybody is eating each other. No professionalism whatsoever, very nasty people to work with.
