Definitely flexibility regarding schedule. Summer Friday's during the summer are also really awesome.

Cons

There are some rotten apples show never seem satisfied but then won't take responsibility to change it.

- coworkers were great - you could get ahead if you were friendly with the right people

Cons

- software build was a joke, with very little adoption -process centric, but leadership did not hold their staff accountable; since leaving those very leaders have been promoted - Sad - Nothing is EVER confidential
