Ineffective communication between departments Ineffective Quality Control Low production standards Management only cares about meeting deadlines Office space is not conducive to happiness at workplace, very outdated sense of employee satisfaction i.e NO WINDOWS, old conference rooms, small outside area, cafeteria space is so bland with vending machines and unhealthy options, no gym or gym membership help, desk space is often dusty, this is not a place that you see and wish you could work there. No sense of company culture or community.
