      1) Defense work creates a great sense of pride, knowing that you are designing equipment to help our military and the security of our country. 2) Competitive pay

      Cons

      DRS PCT has very intelligent employees and engineers, but management does not know how to apply resources to program needs. Position roles and task assignments change very frequently as emergencies surface and employees are not utilized per their strengths. Resource planning management could not be worse, which creates employee frustration and poor program performance.
