The 9/80 work week is outstanding and other benefits are standard for many companies.

Cons

Upper and middle management changes too rapidly to be effective. They preach Covey's trust and Bossidy's Execution but practice neither. In-fighting and unprofessional behavior is common in upper management with no consequences

The people on the floor.

Upper management. They have driven this place into the ground so much so that Finmeccanica has been forced to sell DRS. DRS employs a top heavy system, not to mention under or non-qualified people in key financial positions, i.e. in charge of buying and tooling; however, since some of those people rolled over on the last group of "leaders," they not only were able to stay, they were put into key positions. They are the reason this place is being sold off by Finmeccanica. A lot of peoples' lives are affected negatively and people are leaving this place in droves. It's disgusting.
