Pros

The people are like family. You will have some harder projects (as will happen with MIL-STD work) but the people will stick by you and get you all through it. If you're disciplined and have a solid work ethic - the world is your oyster. Slightly above average will make you stand out.

Cons

You have to fight for your salary increases, you'll be asked to increase responsibility without compensation and feel as though it's expected to just take it. Lots of hurry up and fix x, y, z. The culture used to be rather frustrating - and to a degree it still is but the improvements have been in place for a few years now with hopeful growth to continue.

A great company that lost its way (at least for a little while)

Pros

I did some pretty interesting work while I was there. While jobs were coming in, everything was great. Good benefits and attracted the right kind of employees. Loved the 9/80 schedule.

Cons

The quality of company culture and ongoing tasking started dropping a couple years before I left in 2018. Too many changes in management and an unclear direction for the company. I hope things are better now!

Pros

9/80 work schedule is great. The health insurance isn't bad. People outside of the management staff are really cool and friendly.

Cons

Vacation time is not competetive. 401k matching is only every six months. There is a lot of management for a place that seems to not be managed at all. Clear, reasonable goals and expectations are not set. Everyone has 10 number 1 priorities. Many hard working people are under appreciated. The only way to get a raise is to threaten to quit.
