      Pros

      I gained valuable real-world experience working on projects that directly impacted production. The engineering team was supportive and willing to teach, and I had opportunities to apply classroom knowledge to practical problems. The work environment was collaborative, and I was trusted with meaningful tasks.

      Cons

      At first, there wasn’t a clear plan for my role, but this actually helped me learn the area, meet the team, and get settled in before taking on bigger projects. Overall, it turned out to be a positive part of the experience.

      Occasional mass layoffs out of nowhere, and as a new grad hire you are thrown to the wolves in terms of learning how to do your job (as an engineer).
