Pros

The pay is very competitive and the company has great benefits

Cons

Leadership does not communicate well. The company has gone through several layoffs until there is not enough employees left to do the work.

Pros

Great technology, the facility I worked at was beautiful, fair pay

Cons

The wrong people get promoted to positions of senior leadership. Those senior leaders are more concerned with their own career than the experience of the employees. If there was more focus on the latter, their careers would take care of themselves. A lack of effective business development has resulted in significant reductions in the workforce over the last four years.

Pros

Speaking from my own experiences, I had an excellent relationship with management and I thought they did a great job of looking out for the employees. Salary and benefits were great. I had no complaints.

Cons

As the company has grown over the years, the salary and benefits package for individual employees have slowly and gradually hollowed out, but still are great overall in comparison to other companies in my opinion.
